Parent consulting focuses on practical strategies and actionable advice to help parents navigate challenges and strengthen family dynamics. Unlike therapy, which may explore deeper psychological issues, consulting is goal-oriented and solution-focused, addressing specific concerns in parenting, routines, or behavior management.
My services are designed for parents, caregivers, educators, and schools working with children up to age 10. Whether you’re navigating early childhood challenges, managing classroom dynamics, supporting academic transitions, or building stronger family routines, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs.
Each session is a collaborative conversation where we discuss your concerns, set goals, and explore actionable strategies. Sessions typically last 50 minutes and may include creating customized action plans or practicing techniques for managing specific challenges.
Getting started is easy! Just reach out through the contact form and share a bit about your family. I’ll reply to schedule a free 30-minute call where we can talk about your child’s needs and next steps.

If coaching feels like a good fit, you’ll complete a short questionnaire before our first official session. During that first session, we’ll review your responses, develop a tailored plan, and then schedule the remaining three sessions—typically 2–3 weeks apart—to complete the four-session minimum. After that, some families continue with ongoing check-ins every 2–3 weeks or monthly, while others feel ready to conclude—either option works.
Absolutely not! It's never too late to make positive changes in your family’s dynamics, your child's behavior, or your parenting journey.
We’ll review payment and scheduling options during our discovery call so we can create a plan that fits your family’s needs.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so I can offer the spot to another family. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee, except in true emergencies, which I handle on a case-by-case basis.
